• Do you make all of these yourself? Yes! We have a printer, a cutting plotter, a laminator, a button presser and lots of energy to make anything you request!

• Can I really do as many designs as I want in a single order? Yes! We are vendors of Artist Alley & online as well, and we’ve grown frustrated how we have to shell out a lot of money to be able to have several designs made, be it buttons or stickers. So we wanted to offer the service to all of those who are just now beginning and can’t afford to do large print orders, or to the seasoned convention goer who has a lot of designs and can’t carry around thousands of products of all their different designs!

• Do you have order minimums? We do not! You can order as many or as few items as you want!

• Do you ship to _____? We ship everywhere in the world from Maryland, USA!

• What currency are your prices in? All prices are in US dollars!

• Do you have templates? We sure do! Available in .PSD and .TIFF format! (layers!) Find them here!

• I don't know how to set up my files! Check out our tutorials here!

• I don't know if my colors will print out correctly, how can I know? While we will take a look at your artwork and make sure it's set up correctly, you might want to see it in person before committing to a larger order! Because we don't have minimum orders, you can always get one sticker or button, and then come back for more!

• I can send my files as RGB?! We accept RGB files because we know many new creators might not be too familiarized with print settings, so we take care of conversion for you!

• I need to let you know/ask you something about my order! Send us an e-mail to info@lordsticksalot.com, and tell us your order number!

• I found some of my items were damaged in transit, what do I do? Take photos of the damaged items, send us an e-mail and we'll do our best to assess the problem and give you a solution!

• I want to return the items I purchased! Sorry, we can't accept returns because we offer a service based on your own artwork! However, if you're unhappy about your order, send us an e-mail and we'll discuss it!

• I need to cancel my order! We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, due to the custom nature of our service!

• My tracking number shows it's stuck in customs! Sorry, we're not responsible for taxes or custom holding your package! We mark all items as merchandise, and we make sure to provide a tracking number whenever available! Got any question? Ask us here!
